TRILOGY AT CUMBERLAND

In February 2010, Trilogy Properties Corporation was granted fourth reading on their rezoning application for 719 acres in one of British Columbia’s fastest growing regions, the Comox Valley. The largest group of lots, all of which are commercially-designated and comprised of some 500 acres, is situated at the Island Highway’s Interchange access to the Comox Valley and will be initially developed as the principal shopping node serving the central and north Island. Over the coming decade, Trilogy will develop all these strategically situated lands producing Vancouver Island’s most exciting commercial and residential mixed use developments.
