Recently purchased by Investors Real Property Fund, the Panorama Village Shopping Centre is currently being expanded by Trilogy to add 55,600 sq. ft. of leasable area to its overall footprint, bringing its overall size to 133,000 sq. ft. This new space (called Phase II to distinguish it from the existing centre) is being currently developed by Trilogy on a 4.8 acre site directly adjacent.
Responsible for the development of Phase II plus the leasing and management of both phases of the neighbourhood shopping centre, Trilogy Management Services Ltd. is actively engaged in the creation of a new merchandising plan which will enhance the presence of existing Phase I tenants, and will grow the centre to better serve the surrounding Panorama Ridge residents. At the present time, negotiations are underway with a major anchor tenant, who expects to occupy up to 16,000 sq. ft. of the Phase II space.
